Welcome to Pure Serenity Spa. By booking an appointment, visiting our premises, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before availing any of our services.
All bookings at Pure Serenity Spa are subject to availability. Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website. A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation from our team. We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and festive seasons, to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-in appointments are accommodated based on availability. By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We kindly request that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full service fee will apply regardless of the shortened duration. In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes without prior notice, your appointment may be treated as a no-show, and our no-show policy will apply.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept the following payment methods:
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.
Pure Serenity Spa is committed to providing a serene, safe, and respectful environment for all guests and staff. We expect all clients to maintain appropriate conduct during their visit. Any form of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misconduct towards our staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or threatening. Clients are expected to communicate openly with therapists regarding comfort levels and preferences during treatments.
Pure Serenity Spa shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse reaction arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, allergies, and medical information prior to receiving any treatment. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto our premises. Our total liability in any matter arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Pure Serenity Spa reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of clients to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through our website or via email to registered clients.
